Baku- Ismayilli -Baku

TOUR DESCRIPTION

Day 1: Breakfast on the way to Ismayilli  (2-3 hour drive from Baku).

Arriving to Lahij town. Historical  tour in Lahij town. Dinner( After local meal, wolking around Lahij )

The village is, at best, around 2,000 people. They speak there own language, although Azeri and Russian can still be heard (with the occasional foreign language). The one thing you're unlikely to hear is the wind and grind of city life. Instead it's the gentle tapping sound that spills from workshops along its roughly cobbled streets that fills the ears. Here in Lahij, centuries of isolation have honed the skills of the copper smiths which line the narrow streets.  

Day 2:  OFFROAD TOUR in Lahij. 3-4 hours

You can explore Babadagh mountain and small villages inCaucasus mountainsby 4x4 UAZ or NIVA (Old soviet cars)  During the tour have a tea and a small lunch by the ancient holy site which is beautifully situated higher up the mountains with fantastic views.  After lunch, climb up to Vasha village.

You will see nice  views of the Great Caucasus mountains including Babadagh (second highest mountains inAzerbaijan). Have a short rest at the top of the hill and have a snack of locally made cheese, fruits, and bread. After nice trip come back to Lahij and overnight at the hotel or homestay. It is also possible to camp in the mountains. Return to Baku. Accommodation in the hotel.
